This set of core removers runs in sizes from 24mm to 9mm in diameter. These tools are extremely effective for removing the cores of apples and similar items, but can also be used to make ring-shaped items at a variety of things like potatoes, cucumbers, etc.  They can also be used to punch holes in foods for aesthetic effects. Tools like this are often used in mukimono techniques. These are roughly 150mm tall.
